Select a Clinic to Make an Appointment
Select a location near you and make an appointment for your pet.
Appointments are available for same day visits. Making an appointment is encouraged as it will reduce your wait time. Walk-ins will be seen in our first available time-slot. If we are fully booked, you will experience a longer wait time.
Your Pet's Appointment
Our team members will help you feel at ease the moment you and your pet walk into the waiting room.
Our veterinary team follows a Fear Free approach to care. If your pet is nervous in veterinary settings, please let a member of the team know. We will make every effort to reduce his or her stress.
Patient Exam
A doctor will thoroughly examine your pet.
He or she will discuss necessary diagnostic tests and explain next steps for diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care.
Treatment
Your pet will receive medical care.
Based on decisions made during the treatment plan discussion and your pet's medical condition, our team will run diagnostic tests to confirm the diagnosis (if necessary) and treat your pet.
Discharge and Home Care
Your pet will be discharged with instructions for continued care, or he or she will be recommended to receive further care at an emergency animal hospital.
Our team will provide you with instructions for home care, prescriptions and next steps. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Medical Records
Your Pet's Results
Your pet's discharge instructions, and diagnostic test results will be available to you on the client portal.
