FAQs

Deciding Where to Bring Your Pet

Do you offer euthanasia services?

Yes, our pets are members of our families and being faced with end of life and aftercare decisions can be upsetting and overwhelming. During this difficult time, our Veterinary Urgent Care teams are here for you. We offer end-of-life assessments and euthanasia, as well as arrangements for cremation.

Should I go to the ER or urgent care?

Deciding where to bring your pet can be tricky. If your pet is experiencing trauma (difficulty breathing, collapse, hit by car, seizures, paralysis, snake bite, toxin ingestion), you should go straight to an emergency veterinary hospital. If your pet is stable but should be seen promptly, urgent care is a better option. When in doubt, call your nearest Veterinary Urgent Care or emergency hospital. Check out our list of what we can and can’t treat.

Do you offer wellness care/vaccines?

We do not see regular health check-ups or administer any vaccines or heartworm tests. We can perform diagnostics and treatments such as de-worming, parasite testing, and lab work. Your pet should continue to have regular wellness exams with your family veterinarian.
